Military Housing Agency carries out tasks in the area of preparation and implementation of investments aimed at meeting the housing needs of soldiers. The Agency is also forecasting housing needs depending on development plans of individual garrisons and dislocation changes of military units. Combining the function of an office and a developer the Agency, in the course of subsequent changes and reductions, has adopted a flattened, two- level organizational structure. At the same time in order to maintain the quality of their products the Agency, like large corporations, has developed, maintains and enforces from the designers and contractors of the commissioned works their own quality standards whichgo beyond the scope of general requirements applying in the architectural and building industry. In the field of human resources management the Agency applies the principle of a personalized responsibility for a timely performance of individual investments which are in accordance with assumed qualitative criteria, basing on experienced staff of engineers strongly identifying with the WAM brand.
