The article analyzes the process of raw material supply in a FMCG manufacturing company, which includes the distribution of fast moving consumer goods. Using the example of a company, the process of supplying the production line was described, the existing problems were identified and a solution was proposed to improve the supply process by eliminating bottlenecks in the sub-process of forecasting in terms of seasonality of products. The improvement made it possible to reduce the probability of non-availability of goods.
