GDPR – newsletter of the journal “Military Logistics Systems”
Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”), we inform you that:

Your personal data, including your email address and information on granting, changing or withdrawing consent, will be processed for the purpose of handling your subscription and sending the newsletter of the journal “Systemy Logistyczne Wojsk”, including information on new issues, articles, calls for papers, announcements and other editorial communications related to the journal.
5. The legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, i.e. your consent.
6. Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary in order to receive the newsletter.
7. Your data will be stored until you withdraw your consent, unsubscribe from the newsletter, or until the newsletter service is discontinued; data necessary to demonstrate that consent was validly obtained may be stored for the period necessary to defend against possible claims.
8. Recipients of your data may include entities providing services necessary for operating the journal website and sending the newsletter, in particular IT service providers, hosting providers, publishing platform maintenance providers, email service providers, and entities authorised under applicable law.
9. Your data will not be used for automated decision-making, including profiling.
10. You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, transfer it, and withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
11. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
12. You may withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe function or by contacting the Editorial Office or the Data Protection Officer.
